Composition:

 

Oxytetracycline

 

Indications:

 

Treatment of diseases caused by Oxytetracycline-susceptible organisms in cattle, sheep, and goats. Including pneumonia, shipping fever complex, infectious bovine kerato-conjunctivitis, foot rot, diphtheria, bacterial enteritis, wooden tongue, leptospirosis, wound infections, and acute metritis.

 

Dosage and Administration:

 

For cattle: Bronchopneumonia, respiratory infections, gastrointestinal infections, metritis, mastitis, septicaemia, puerperal infections, secondary bacterial infections.

 

For sheep and goats: Respiratory, urogenital, gastrointestinal infections, hooves infections, mastitis, wounds.

 

Administer by deep intramuscular injection. Dose: 20mg/kg bodyweight.

 

Withdrawal Period:

 

Meat and edible tissues: 14 days. Milk: 3 days.

 

Warnings:

 

Max 20ml for cattle, 5ml for sheep and goats at one site. Divide if exceeding. Do not dilute.

 

Storage:

 

Cool, dry place under 25°C, away from light.
