COMPOSTION:
Each tablet contains tylosin tartrate 900mg,sulfadimidine 600mg,oxytetracycline HCL 100mg and vitamin B12:100mcg.
INDICATIONS:
For the treatment of livestock and poultry mycoplasma and sensitivebacterial infection,such as pasteurella disease,mastitis,endometritis,pertonitis,sepsis,respiratory and digestive and umary tract infectioneaused by susceptible strains;swine atrophic rhinitis,streptococcaldsease,swine loxoplasmosis,coccldiosis,chronic respiratory diseaseof chicken and infection rhinitis.
Dxytetracycline and tylosin have synergistic effect,it used for Gram-posltive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasmainfection.Like E.coli or Salmonella pullorun caused calf scours,lambdysentery,bacillary yellow diarrhea and bacllary white diarrhea ofplglet,white diarrhea in chicks and so on;
Pasteurellamultocida caused bovine hemorrhagic septicemia,swine plague, cholera avium and so on;
mycoplasma caused catlle pneumonia,swine enzootlc pneumonia and chicken chronic respiratory disease. Infected by hematocytzoon of gonderiosis,actinomycetes,leptospirosls,also have a certain effect.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
Oral administration
Cattle,sheep,goats and pigs:50kg body weight/tablet
Poultry:8kg body weight/tablet
Not used for layer in laying period,pregnant or lactating or small animals.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not administer in animals with sensitivity to the active ingredients.
PRECAUTIONS:
When renal dysfunction,slow excretion,should be used with caution.It can cause Intestinal flora imbalance,long-lerm medication cancause the reduction of vitamin B and vilamin K synthesis and absorption,should add the appropriate vitamins,Not used in layingperiod,Use cautiously in young animals because teeth discolorationis possible due to oxytetracycline.
ADVERSE REACTION:
Tylosin may cause diarrhea in some animals and contact dermatitis inpeople,handle with care. Skin reactions have been observed in pigs.Administration to horses has been fatal.Adverse effects assoclatedwith sulfonamides include allergic reactions.Tetracyclines may causerenal tubular necrosis at high doses,but this is rare withrecommended doses.Hepatoxicity may occur at high doses in susceptible indivlduals.
