Hebei Huabang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. presents Nitroxinil Injection 34% for Veterinary Use Only. Each ml contains 34.0mg of Nitroxinil. Available in 50ml and 100ml.
Product Name: Clear Orange-Red Solution
The main pharmacological action of nitroxynil is to kill fasciola hepatica. The mechanism of action is uncoupling the oxidative phosphorylation in parasites, which can lower the concentration of ATP and reduce the energy needed during cell division, and thus kill the parasites. |
Our Nitroxynil Injection is designed for the treatment of fascioliasis in cattle and sheep. It effectively targets mature and immature Fasciola hepatica infestations. Additionally, it combats adult and larval infestations of Haemonchus contortus, Haemonchus placei, Oesphagostomum radiatum, and Bunostomum phlebotomum in cattle and sheep.
Administered through subcutaneous injection, the standard dosage is 10mg of nitroxynil per kilogram of body weight. For cattle, the recommended dosage is 1.5ml per 50kg of body weight. Sheep should receive 0.25ml per 10kg for body weight less than 40kg, 1.5ml for 40-55kg, 2.0ml for 56-75kg, and 2.5ml for over 75kg.
Occasional small swelling at the injection site in cattle can be avoided by dividing the dose between two sites and massaging well. No systemic ill effects are expected at normal dosages, even in pregnant cows and ewes.
For meat, the withdrawal period is 60 days for cattle and 49 days for sheep. Avoid use in animals producing milk for human consumption.
Our Nitroxynil Injection has a shelf life of 3 years.
Store in a cool, dry place below 30ºC, protected from light.
