Indication
Indications include arthritis, gastrointestinal, and respiratory infections caused by oxytetracycline-sensitive micro-organisms, such as Bordetella, Campylobacter, Chlamydia, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Rickettsia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, and Streptococcus spp., in calves, goats, sheep, and swine.
Dosage
For intramuscular administration, administer a single dose as follows:
Horse, cattle: 10,000-20,000 IU per kg of body weight.
Sheep, pig, foal, calf: 20,000-30,000 IU per kg of body weight.
Dog, cat: 30,000-40,000 IU per kg of body weight.
Poultry: 50,000 IU per kg of body weight.
Administer once a day for 2-3 days.
Before use, add the required amount of sterile water for injection to dissolve the powder.
Contraindication
A history of hypersensitivity (anaphylactic reaction) to any penicillin is a contraindication.
Storage
Store tightly sealed in a dry place.
